Shipping Info

We ship all around the world

All packages are shipped from the 3Encores warehouse located in Easton, PA. Packages are shipped via Federal Express FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipments processed through UPS or FedEx/FedEx Ground can not be made to P.O. Box addresses. A physical address must be provided.

**All packages are sent out only after payment has been verified.


Shipping Options


FedEx shipping options***:

Standard Overnight, Priority, 2 day, Express Saver, Ground, Ground Home Delivery


USPS shipping options:

Parcel Post, First Class, Priority Mail, Global Economy, Global Economy Priority
*These all have varying delivery times depending on where you live


UPS shipping options:

Standard Ground, Second Day Air, Three Day Select


The estimated shipment date on your order is based on processing time only and does not include transit time. Processing time is from the time you receive your order confirmation email. We consider your order completed when we receive all the information needed and full authorization has been confirmed.

**3Encores recommends choosing FedEx for the most accurate delivery & Return Merchandise Label included.
Should you need to return any item the Return Merchandise Label pays for the return shipping.

All orders are proccessed and shipped within 5 business days
"Business days" are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Excludes any tax/duties for outside the US. Orders shipping to other countries: Recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and fees.


Returns

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipment date. You may return your purchase to 3Encores for a refund minus shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of our error you will receive a complete refund. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN FORM (included with your original packaging). Exchanges can take 7 to 14 days to process.

**ALL RETURNS must have an RMA number. Please contact us for this number prior to returning any item

Exchanges

3Encores will honor exchanges only if items are the wrong size, defective or damaged. Garments must:
* Be Unworn
* Be Unwashed
* Have original tags attached

Packing And Sending Your Return
All returns must have an RMA number. Items must be accompanied by the Return/Exchange form which was included in your package at the time of shipment or printed from internet. Enclose Form & Merchandise into original packaging or proper mailing envelope or container.

Here are the few simple steps:
1. Contact 3Encores for a RMA number.
2. Complete the return form which is located on the back of the packing slip (receipt) that comes with each order.
3. Pack up items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You must use the box the items arrived in and must re-package all goods as they were received: original bags, hangers, tags etc.
4. A shipping label, with your RMA number will be emailed to you. Affix this shipping label to the outside of the box.
5. Drop off your package at a local FedEx shipper.

Receipt of Your Return
3encores will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We will credit your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return (excluding any shipping charges you opted for) unless the return is due to our error.
Other Terms and Conditions
* 3Encores is not responsible for typographic errors.
* 3Encores reserves the right to change terms and conditions of sales at the online store at any time.
* All sales at the online store are governed by Pennsylvania law without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
